Surviving is nice, but thriving is better. Learning to say no, let small things go, and expect good things. Manifesting & co-creating for my highest good! This liberal baby boomer is happy to be here! So grateful for being alive in this age of technical and medical marvels... if only everyone could have access.
On my way...
As I stood on my porch this morning having a cigarette, because I refuse to smoke inside - trying to quit - I had an unusually calming sense of contentment, which I have not felt in a couple of years - not since my husband, scratch that - former husband - left. I finally have my own home, I have a view of the lake, and the geese were crossing the street with their 11 babies, I have the day off, my birthday is Friday, and I'm just plain happy!
Oddly enough, though, I've been divorced over a year, and separated nearly two years before that, and I still find myself referring to him as my husband. Go figure!
