Cancelling Online Payments

You would think that if a company will ACCEPT your subscription payment without a hard copy that they would also process your cancellation in the same method.

NOT SO.

Some of them want you to print out a form and fill it out (in detail) then snail mail it to them before they will cancel your account.

How ironic. They don't make sure it is actually you who starts paying them, but they want to make sure it is actually you who stops paying them.

Or...

You submit a cancelllation request form, and then wait, wait, wait...

You usually wait another month so they can milk you out of every last cent they can legally get.

I'm fed up with it all.

What happened to business ethics?
